I myself am of a certain age, where I should be in peri-menopause but now my  cancer drug Tamoxifen blocks my oestrogen, I was plummeted into full mid 50's menopause symptoms, which is the hardest age,  almost overnight and I  felt like I’d completely lost control of my own head.  I was agitated, nervous, and reading my work emails over and over again to make sure I wasn’t writing absolute rubbish.
